Omnia by MTGlobal is the way to not worry about anything but enjoying your event. An application where you can have your tickets, your hotel and all the daily schedule of your event, convention or congress all in one place. With Omnia by MTGlobal, we make it even easier for you. Omnia is available on Google Play and the App Store. The customer receives an email inviting them to download it, providing a provisional password. Afterwards, the user can log-in and create a more secure personal password from the welcome screen.
The user will have a user page where they will be able to consult and/or modify their personal data, set a profile picture and a short bio. If you also wish to, you can make your profile public or private. Once the data is confirmed, the user will be able to view his or her attendee card through a QR code. When the event has come to an end and you log out, all personal information will be deleted.
In the travel module, the user will have at their disposal all the information related to their trips and accommodation (tickets, hotel reservations…). Any update will appear in real time inside the app and through push notifications. The user will also have the option of having the tickets in passbook or wallet format.
The Schedule screen shows the user all the information related to the event’s schedule, speakers, a session calendar and even the possibility of setting reminders for any point on the schedule. Also, the user will have in the app a map with all the points of interest.
We have the option to create a separate screen for Speakers. Participants will be able to consult the biographies or CVs of speakers and other participants in order to put them in contact with each other. Only profiles configured as public will be shown. With this interest in participation, it will be possible to share opinions and ask questions live to the speakers through the app.
Omnia is an app that represents our 360º spirit. Through a module, you can broadcast the event in streaming and increase your audience to external guests who will be able to enjoy practically all the options that the on-site guests have.
