Omnia by MTGlobal is the way to not worry about anything but enjoying your event. An application where you can have your tickets, your hotel and all the daily agenda of your event, convention or congress. With Omnia by MTGlobal, we make it even easier for you. In the welcome screen, the user will be able to identify himself/herself and create a more secure personal password.
The user will have a user page where he/she will be able to consult and/or modify his/her personal data, establish a profile image and a short presentation text. Also if you want to make your profile public or private. Once the data is confirmed, the user will be able to view his or her attendee card through a QR code. At the end of the event and when you log out, all personal information will be deleted.
In the travel module, the user will have at his disposal all the information related to his travel and accommodation (tickets, hotel reservations…) Any update will appear in real time in the app and through push notifications. The user will also have the option of having the tickets in passbook or wallet format.
The Agenda screen shows the user all the information related to the event’s schedule, speakers, a calendar of sessions and even the possibility of setting reminders for any point on the agenda. Also, the user will have in the app a map with all the places of interest.
We have the option to create a specific screen for Speakers. Participants will be able to consult the biographies or CVs of the speakers and other participants in order to create contact among them. Only profiles configured as public can be shown. In this interest in participation, it will be possible to share opinions and ask questions on live to the speakers through the app.
Omnia is an app that represents our 360º spirit. Through a module, you can broadcast the event in streaming and increase your audience to external guests who will be able to enjoy practically all the options that the on-site guests have.
