Monitoring and evaluation

The results of the ongoing assessments will be communicated whenever significant incidents are identified that could have a negative impact, taking their severity into account. In serious cases, these assessments may result in the withdrawal of the supplier’s approved status.

Documentation to be submitted to the Administration Department

• A copy of the certificate for your Quality, Environmental and/or Sustainability Management System, where applicable.
• Where no such systems are in place, information on the measures implemented to prevent non-conformities and negative impacts, together with supporting evidence, such as the use of authorised hazardous-waste management companies, sustainability policies, etc.
