By accepting this privacy policy, the interested party is informed and gives his/her free, informed, explicit and unequivocal consent for the personal data he/she has provided, as well as any other data he/she may provide in the future, by means of contracts, forms or any other physical and/or digital means to be processed by MTGlobal.

2. HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE

MTGlobal proceeds to the collection of personal data by means of:

  1. E-mail addresses: E-mail addresses will serve solely and exclusively to facilitate contact between the User and MTGlobal, as well as to receive communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, etc.). The personal data collected from the e-mail addresses will be processed in accordance with the purpose for which the interested party has sent the e-mail, in order to respond to their requests, complaints, requests to exercise their rights transferred through the defined contact channels.
  1. Form: In the event that a client wishes to contact MTGlobal to request information, service or access to the Newsletter, a contact form must be filled out for this purpose. MTGlobal provides the interested parties with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and give their consent for MTGlobal to proceed with the automated processing of their Personal Data.
