MTGlobal proceeds to the collection of personal data by means of:

  1. E-mail addresses: E-mail addresses will serve solely and exclusively to facilitate contact between the User and MTGlobal, as well as to receive communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means (e-mail, SMS, etc.). The personal data collected from the e-mail addresses will be processed in accordance with the purpose for which the interested party has sent the e-mail, in order to respond to their requests, complaints, requests to exercise their rights transferred through the defined contact channels.
  1. Form: In the event that a client wishes to contact MTGlobal to request information, service or access to the Newsletter, a contact form must be filled out for this purpose. We collect the personal data necessary to be able to make such contact, this being at the request of the interested party in order to be able to respond to the request received.

It shall be liable for any damage or harm, whether direct or indirect, that it may cause as a consequence of the breach of this obligation.

In the event that the interested party provides third party data, he/she declares that he/she has the consent of said third parties and undertakes to transfer the information contained in the Privacy Policy to the interested party, the owner of said data, exempting MTGlobal from any liability in this regard. MTGlobal provides the interested parties with the appropriate technical resources so that, in advance, they can access the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information and give their consent for MTGlobal to proceed with the automated processing of their Personal Data.

MTGlobal guarantees compliance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 and informs that the personal data collected are stored on servers located outside the European space managed by specialized companies, which comply with the technical, organizational and security measures established in the GDPR and guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information.
